Named after the cluster of cork trees on the right hand side of the fairway.  One particular tree used to swallow lots of balls until it was removed by a (now –ex) member with a chainsaw.

The fairway is narrow, tree-lined on both sides, and slopes downhill and left to the green.  Go over the trees to the right with your tee shot and you risk going out of bounds.  Ditto if you hit it too long.

The smallish, narrow green is fast & true, with a slight downhill slope into the bunker running along its left hand side.
