In the club sponsored single stroke competition played simultaneously, Will won A Division on a countback from Kev Savage with rundowns to Peter Russo on 71 and Gary Carlon and Kieran Cronin both on 72.

To conclude the trophy presentation Blake Dowling was presented with a memento of his record equalling round of 66, recorded earlier this year.  The scorecard mounted and framed with a very appropriate photo and inscription to set it off.  A memento to be treasured.  He shares the record with Leigh Cronin and Chris Crouch.

On the Friday evening before the playoff the Club celebrated Awards Night for both senior and junior players, with presentations to all championship winners during the year, followed by a Calcutta auctioneered by the silver tongued Bill Trevor, with commentary (not always complimentary) by Rodney Wagner.  The supper provided by members was a taste delight.
