Vets

The ever popular single stableford attracted a goodly number to play but the arrival of showers sent many players home to leave a smaller field to complete the Chook Run and the 18 hole stableford.

In A division three players each recorded 37 points, with Norm Plath winning on a countback from Nigel Radin, second on a countback from Phil Luckett.

Dean Page recorded 40 points to win B Division with ease, from Harry Zawacki and Wayne Faulkner on 33.

The Men’s approach shot on 1&10 was won by Darryl Johnston (1.45m); the Combined on 4&13 by Dean Page (0.33m); and the Ladies’ by visitor Sue Finch (1.2m).

Chook Run winners were: Wayne Faulkner (29 nett), Phil Luckett (31) and Nigel Radin (32).

Next Tuesday we play a two-person Ambrose – we look forward to seeing you there with a partner for the 12 noon hit-off.
