Men

On Saturday Footes’ Childers Pharmacy sponsored a single stableford, with the weather causing some inconvenience to players during the competition.

Obviously Clinton Dowling was not deterred by the weather as he recorded a sub par 69 gross to score 42 points and win A Division from Will Martell on 38 points. In B Division Ross Nicol continued his good form to record 38 points and win from Peter Hutton on 37 points.

Craig Reynolds (9.63m) won the A Division pinshot on 1&10, while Jeff Freeman (0.62m) won the B Division approach. On 4&13 John Hinton (7.1m) won the A Division pinshot and Bill Kingston (6.5m) the B Division pinshot.

Members were very appreciative of the generosity of Footes’ Childers Pharmacy and applauded their contribution.

Next Saturday we play a club sponsored single stableford again, remembering that on Monday’s ANZAC Day we play another BBB stableford competition.
